The Laptop has an eye-catching and compact design which allows users to carry wherever they want to as it only weighs 3.3 lbs. With its beautiful smooth finish, it looks as good as it performs.
On the right side of the Laptop, you will find the SD Card Slot and USB Port. On the left side, you will get Power connector, HDMI Port, 2X USB ports (Supports 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A), and 1 headphone/microphone combo Jack. It comes in two different Color that is Natural Silver and Ash Silver.

The HP 14z Laptop has inbuilt AMD Ryzen 3 3200U 2.6GHz Processor with 8GB DDR4 RAM which is one of the fastest and best combinations on the market. The Processor can boost up to 3.5GHz which is a pre-installed feature in this Laptop.

The HP 14z Laptop has a 14-inch Touchscreen Diagonal HD SVA Brightview micro-edge WLED-backlit Display. The HD SVA Wide LED Panel is so good like Color Accuracy and Brightness is on the top end and very bright.
The Touch screen of the Laptop is average. As sometimes, it felt a little bit rough to use. Although the accuracy of the display with high brightness is perfect which makes it ideal for all sorts of graphic work. You don’t need to buy any additional monitors for solid works.
It has a very nice wide WLED angle that enhances the user experience to play games like GTA 4, COD, etc. All in all, the Display is perfect except for the touch-screen feature.
Speakers and Webcam
The HP 14z Laptop comes up with Dual Stereo Speakers with HD Audio. The sound of the Laptop is Clear and crisp. At higher volume the audio remains stable, it won’t get buzzy. It has an HD Camera with Integrate dual array digital microphone.
The inbuilt microphone delivers a nice and clear voice to the receiver. It is not a noise-canceling microphone. The 720p webcam is good to do the online meetings, skype calls, etc. It will not give you any white shades or blur while video calling. It does not have the Auto Focus feature or zoom option.
Battery and Heat Management
The HP 14z Laptop has a 45 Watts-hour 3-cell Lithium-ion battery. It also supports fast charge battery which can reach up to 50% within 45 minutes. It can run up to 10 hours with 30% brightness with one single charge. It is far better than most of the Laptops in terms of Battery Life including MacBook, Dell, Acer, etc.
It comes up with one heat pipe and Laptop fan which maintains the overheating. If you will blast the CPU at 100% the temp. will remain at 60 Degree Celsius and if you will blast the GPU and CPU both at 100% then it will start over-heating. To a certain extent, the Heat management system is above average in this HP 14z Laptop.
Keyboard and Touch-pad
HP 14z has a very nice Full-size island-style keyboard. It is quite comfortable to type on the keyboard with separated Numpad. The space between the keys is perfect. The keyboard has no Backlit which is a little bit disappointing for such a nice Laptop.
The touchpad comes up with multi-touch gesture support. It has a wide touchpad with click buttons separately designed. The touchpad is made up of Plastic which enhances the accuracy of the touchpad.

I believe you have gone through this article. According to my personal experience, the HP 14z Laptop has the most powerful and high-performance inbuilt processor. It is good for Solid works, Mixing and other production software.
You will be able to Play the High-quality games without any issue as it has a nice AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics co-processor. The one thing that is lacking in this Laptop is the Keyboard Backlit which is a little bit disappointing. If you will buy from Amazon you will get the HP Warranty for 1 year.
